SPEED visited the University of Southampton Malaysia (UoSM) in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, on 22 July 2024 to explore potential collaboration opportunities. UoSM, recognized as the premier UK campus in Malaysia, holds the reputation of being the No. 1 UK branch campus in the country.
The discussions focused on potential collaborative efforts, particularly in the areas of engineering-related training and projects.
Following the discussions, the SPEED team was given a tour of UoSM's world-class facilities by the Head of Recruitment, Admissions, and Marketing, Mr. Sri Jaiandran. The tour included visits to the engineering labs, mechanical and aerospace engineering labs, and the Bloomberg Lab among others.
