The SPEED Advisory Council (SAC) convened on 14 January 2025 for a significant meeting reaffirming its commitment to advancing innovation and excellence in professional and executive education and training.

The meeting was graced by AeU Founder President and SPEED Director, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Ansary Ahmed, SAC Chairman Adjunct Prof. Dato’ Dr. Tan Yew Chong, and esteemed members, including Adjunct Prof. Dato’ Amirnuddin Mazlan, Prof. of Practice Dr. S. Sri Kumar, Senior Fellow Dr. Zakaria Taib, and Mr. Fairuz Ismail. SPEED’s Head, Philip Lim, led the SPEED team in presenting key updates.

The meeting focused on reviewing SPEED’s 2024 performance, which highlighted notable achievements across key strategic initiatives. Significant advancements in operational efficiency and overall business performance reaffirmed SPEED’s status as a leading provider of professional and executive education and training in the country. Building on these successes, the council held a forward-looking discussion on the 2025 business plan, outlining ambitious yet attainable goals, including strengthening partnerships, diversifying offerings, and enhancing stakeholder engagement.

The session also served as a platform to address additional business matters, fostering a comprehensive approach to shaping SPEED’s future. The council celebrated its collaborative spirit and strategic alignment, inspiring members to pursue shared objectives with renewed vigour.
