On 24 September 2025, a delegation from Asia e University (AeU) paid a courtesy visit to the High Commission of Malaysia in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The delegation comprised AeU’s Founder President, Prof. Dato’ Dr. Ansary Ahmed, Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Noor Raihan Binti Ab Hamid, and Registrar, Yusoff Bin Musa. They were warmly received by His Excellency Badli Hisham Adam, the High Commissioner of Malaysia.
The visit underscored AeU’s commitment to strengthening its regional presence and fostering closer ties with Malaysian institutions abroad. Discussions centered on AeU’s growing engagements with Sri Lankan partners and its role in advancing higher education cooperation between both countries.
The High Commission expressed its support for AeU’s initiatives, reaffirming the importance of education as a bridge for people-to-people and institutional collaboration. The visit served as a meaningful step in reinforcing Malaysia–Sri Lanka relations through the shared pursuit of knowledge and capacity building.
